Chamfer holes from 15°, 20°, 30° , and 45° approach angles and various diameters using the Wohlhaupter® chamfering bodies insert holders. Wohlhaupter chamfering insert holders can be mounted onto the serrated tool bodies used for other roughing applications. Chamfering insert holders are also available for use with large diameter Alu-Line serrated tool bodies and slides found in section G of the Master Wohlhaupter boring catalog (B10-G: 13).

The replaceable insert holders and inserts reduce setup time while still providing the maximum durability you expect. Solid body chamfering tools are also available with the MVS connection and replaceable insert pockets. Inserts can easily be replaced for different chamfer applications.
